Welcome Home Inspection Services is an independently owned and operated Home Inspection Company, not a Franchise operation. Your inspector uses the latest technology, testing equipment and home inspection practices including digital photography when necessary to provide a detailed, easy to understand report.
John Arnott (your inspector) has an Engineering Degree and previously worked for over 20 years as an independent Project Manager involved in the design, build and startup of Industrial Chemical Plants. John brings this same attention to detail to the Home Inspection business.
John has been conducting home inspections since 2004 and has completed over 3000 inspections of a wide variety of homes.
He has completed the Humber College Certificate Program for Home Inspectors and his background and education qualifies him as a Registered Home Inspector with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. RHI is the highest designation within the Association.
John also attends Conventions and Continuing Education courses annually to stay ahead of current trends and a requirement to maintain the RHI designation.
Report
As a Welcome Home Inspection Services client, you will receive a detailed and comprehensive, industry leading computer-generated Report that describes each of the major systems of the home including Roof, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Insulation and Ventilation, Plumbing and Interior.
This includes photos and colour illustrations explaining components and links to relevant reference materials.
In your report you will be advised on components that are not working or deficient, as well as items that may be beyond their useful life span or are unsafe. A summary page provides particular emphasis on those items that could affect your buying decision.
The Report addresses the condition of each of these systems and will document our findings in clear, concise terms. Recommended repairs, replacements or improvements are included.
